Since the last update, we’ve kept moving steadily through the interior delivery phase — and there’s a new face on the team to introduce. Below is where things stand today: construction progress, fit-out follow-ups, and a few practical reminders before our next monthly meeting.
Stela has stepped in as your main point of contact, taking over from Dobrina. She’s now handling owner coordination, fit-out questions, tracking, and follow-up — please reach out to her directly for anything relating to your apartment.

Construction is now firmly in its interior execution phase. Current focus areas across the building:
- Plastering — underway and progressing across apartments
- Floor levelling — in progress ahead of heating and tiling
The remaining fit-out categories (entrance hallway, kitchen and living area flooring, wall paint and finish, skirting, window coverings, bathroom tiles, and kitchen fit-out) are currently being finalised. We’ll follow up with full details, pricing, and photos through August — no action is needed from you yet.
Boiler / Water Heater — Something Different?
Most owners are well covered by the standard boiler options in the fit-out catalogue. If you’d like something outside those options, contact Stela — she can support you with ordering and confirming the technical parameters needed for compatibility with the building’s system.
Kitchen Packages — Quick Reminder
If you’re interested in a kitchen package (from €3.500, size-dependent), please flag it to Stela soon so it can be planned into the October installation window. This is just a reminder to raise your hand — no decision needed today.
- Owner Choice Register — all fit-out selections and change requests go through the spreadsheet, not individual messages. Submit Your Choices →
- Power of Attorney — if you’re visiting Bansko and expect to sign documents now or later, leaving a Power of Attorney with a lawyer or trusted person saves a separate trip.
- Change costs — as confirmed previously: €20 per additional wire for a switch/socket, €10 to move an existing point, €20 minimum handling charge per request.
- Deeds — first deed signings are underway for owners who are ready; reach out to Stela if you’d like to plan yours.
Before joining the meeting, please make sure your Zoom display name shows your real first and last name. This allows us to identify all participants and run the meeting smoothly.
Participants who join with an unrecognisable name (a nickname, initials, a device name, or similar) may be removed from the meeting.
How to change your display name before joining:
1. Open Zoom and go to your profile (top-right corner)
2. Click Edit My Profile → change the name fields → save
3. Alternatively, when the “Enter your name” prompt appears as you join, simply type your full name there
4. If you are already in the meeting: click Participants → hover over your name → click Rename
