Thank you to everyone who joined yesterday’s owner meeting — it was good to see so many of you there, and to hear your questions directly. Below is a short recap of what we covered, plus the full recording if you would like to go through it again or missed it live.

The meeting focused on updates and discussions regarding the construction progress, timeline, and various fit-out options for the Orbelus building in Bansko. Cristian explained that there were delays in the construction, mainly due to numerous changes requested by owners, which affected the plastering schedule and now delays the completion of apartments.
The team emphasised the importance of limiting further changes to avoid additional delays and discussed the possibility of prioritising certain apartments for earlier completion.
Stela introduced herself and her role in managing customisation options and communication, while also addressing questions about floor heating, acoustic insulation, and tile selection.
The group discussed the process for title deeds, which was delayed due to necessary legal and administrative adjustments in building-code-documentation. Other topics included electricity supply, lift installation, and the commercial spaces such as the bar, co-working, and spa.
Owners raised questions about payments, customisation choices, and the coordination of deliveries for personal items like kitchens and tiles.
The meeting also highlighted the active involvement of the owner community and the collaborative approach to decision-making for common areas and facilities.
