Dear Archive,

Whether you were on the call live or are just catching up now, the full recording is below. It is the best place to start.

Uwe, Chelsea, Holger, Marcos, Stefan and Cristian introduced themselves and the project — the Guinness Hotel in Bansko, becoming a community-focused apartment building for digital nomads, with a spa, gym, co-working space and shared areas built to keep the place lively year-round.

This was the first of four free sessions running through October. Join our social media channels to be the first to hear the next date, and to keep up with viewings in the meantime.

🤔 Why Bansko, in short

~€1,000/m² on average, and 200 metres from the gondola. That is around 15% under the current market average for the same walking distance to the lift — and 75km of ski terrain at the world’s #1 digital-nomad hub, ranked first of 51. EU. Schengen. Euro.

We sell only to Digital Nomads and Lifestyle investors, through our communities, because we would rather the building fill with good neighbours than whoever pays the most. That is the whole pricing strategy in one line.
