We promised you a clear overview of your apartment fit-out — the full specification, all the options, and a straightforward way to tell us what you want. That overview is ready now, and we are opening Part One today.
A quick note: today is 1st of May and Cvetelina is taking the holiday weekend off. Please hold any questions until Monday — she will be back at her desk and ready to help.

Cvetelina has joined the Mons Orbelus team to handle all fit-out coordination and owner support. She is your go-to person for questions about any category, upgrade options, and B3 Assisted Sourcing — where we take care of ordering, delivery, and logistics on your behalf. If you are unsure about anything on the choices page, ask Cvetelina first.
Cvetelina will be your direct contact for all the Outfitting Procedures.

Every fit-out category is set out on a single page — photos, specifications, and pricing. Part One categories are fully confirmed and ready for your selection. Part Two categories are shown without price. Please note: Photos are indicative symbolphotos and prices and will reviewed or confirmed at order.

Three Simple Steps
How to Submit Your Choices
You do not need to do anything for most categories. Standard A is installed automatically.
- Read through the choices page. If you are happy with the standard for a category, there is nothing to do — Standard A is installed for anyone who makes no selection.
- If you want an upgrade or alternative (B1, B2, B3, or Option C), open the spreadsheet below, find your apartment row, and write your choice in the relevant column. That is all we need.
- If you have questions about any category, contact Cvetelina directly. She will walk you through the options.
Please submit your selections as soon as possible. The sooner choices are in, the better we can plan ahead and order materials on schedule for your apartment.

Coming Shortly — Part Two
A few categories are still being finalised - basically prices need reconfirmation— flooring options, wall paint, window coverings, and a few others. These are clearly marked on the choices page and require no action from you yet. We will be in touch as soon as Part Two is ready.
