If you are on this list, you are among the people we want to give first access to Bansko Mountain Homes before we take the project to the wider market. That is intentional.

The idea behind Bansko Mountain Homes has always been bigger than simply owning an apartment. It is about having your own base in Bansko, surrounded by people who have chosen a similar way of living: digital nomads, remote workers and entrepreneurs who value both freedom and community.

You have your own place to come back to, without giving up the flexibility to work, travel and live on your own terms.

From October, Bansko Mountain Homes moves into its next phase and opens to the wider market. Prices will start moving up from the current community level.

So if you have been considering an apartment, now is a good time to see what is still available at the current pricing.

Make it yours

One of the nicest parts of seeing people choose their apartments has been hearing how they imagine making them their own.

Some picture settling in for a few productive months, with their own space to work and a community around them when they close the laptop. Others see themselves coming for the ski season, spending summers hiking in the Pirin Mountains, or simply returning whenever they feel like spending some time in Bansko.

And when you are somewhere else in the world, your apartment does not have to sit empty. Rental management is available while you are away.
